Literature Text

I know this place
          Unwanted travel
I have been here many times

          Or I have never left.

In the moonlight of friendship
I cannot recognize this plot

The beauty of the beams
Cast shadows
Against harsh rocks
And rough terrain

I am left here
When the sun's heavy light
         Toilsome heat
Reveals my trepidation

Barren
Solitary

I stand alone
Where once again
I have to say
          Goodbye
When you have to say goodbye...

These poems of yours make their experimental syntax and line breaks and other structural aspects feel natural. These are moving poems. It is maybe the hardest thing, tying our emotions into poems (why can't the word 'sad' provoke the thing it stands for); it is done effectively here.
