Why do you want this job?
It happens to be I am desperate
an area I am and no one else
interested to pursue is hiring.
Why should we choose you over the other applicants?
I have the qualifications There is no reason
and the desire to learn. other than my dire need
I am eager to start. to earn money to live

This was an idea that came to me while looking at the jobless rate in this county, which is well over 10%. I remember going through interviews like this. The answers on the left are supposed to be the "correct" ones. The ones on the right are the ones I wish I could have said.
Luckily, I haven't had to go through interviews like this for many years now. I was just thinking of those poor souls who have to go through this during the current economic situation.
I have no idea if this is good, bad, or indifferent. It was just an idea that came to me. I polished it a little, but it is very much like the original.
Perhaps I'll take it back down. . .(?)
P.S. Do you realize how difficult it is to try to right and left justify anything like this on dA?
